I’ve been obsessed with angakasabola for years. I love its spicy, sweet, and tangy taste. It is also the perfect way to incorporate fresh herbs into your cooking from the ground. Angakasabola is so versatile and easy to make that it is an ideal way to use up leftover vegetables and herbs.
Angakasabola is a spicy, tangy sauce made with onions, tomatoes, garlic, and red pepper. To get the most out of it, you’ll need a ton of tomatoes and onions. We also tend to use extra fresh herbs here and there, but you can use any of the above.
You can make it up to a half-cup, so you can use the same amount to spice up anything from a simple pasta dish to a hearty bean soup. We think this makes this sauce perfect for a summer dish, or for a light, summer salad. There are so many other uses for it as well. We’re especially fond of using it in our marinades to give a hint of the spice and flavor, as well as making it great to use on chicken and fish.
