So, where does that leave us? With some salt we make a great sauce, but we can’t use it for dinner because of the wrong ingredients. We’re all just bad at what we do. If we can get a little more salt into the sauce, we can have a decent pasta dish. Sometimes there’s a little too much salt in the pasta, but we can always add a little more to give it some flavor.
