I don’t know about you, but I always seem to be in a hurry. I don’t mean like in a rush to the grocery store, I mean just to the point of being in a hurry. My husband is an avid gardener so I love to garden. I am a big fan of growing herbs. I am a big fan of making jams, and I know it is difficult to find jars that are made with all of your favorite varieties.

I’m not sure how to answer this question without giving a specific example, but I have had a hard time finding jarred/bottled bottled goods that are made with all of your favorite varieties. My husband loves to make jams and jellies that he can just pour into a glass and call it done.

As I have mentioned before, it is difficult to find jars that are made with all of your favorite varieties, not to mention that a lot of good products are not jars. I can imagine that some of you, who have a similar set of tastes and needs, might struggle to find products made specifically for the most popular varieties of fruits and vegetables.

As it turns out, the problem isn’t that jars aren’t made with the variety you like. The problem is that when you put them in a glass jar, you don’t know what will happen since you’ve put the fruit or vegetable in there. They will probably all just fall in a heap and never get eaten, or they will turn brown and spoil.

The same problem applies to just about anything you put in a jar. If it doesnt turn out right, youll never know what was in it. If youve ever tried to put in peanut butter, you know that the jar will probably fall all over the place. If youve ever put in a big bowl of rice, you will probably end up with a few grains sticking to the inside of the bowl.

The problems with putting anything in a jar are that youd have to cleanse it, and you’d have to wash it. With anything you put in a container, its not like it won’t get ruined but it does. If you dont get it right, you’ll have to throw it away.

And so there we are, the last twenty years of our life. The last thirty years, we have been trying to build some new things. All the time, we have been trying to create something new.

I don’t know. We just made a big bet. Which is to say, we bet on ourselves to create something new, something we thought was worth creating. That’s just how we’ve always done it.

Bottled and jarred is an extreme example of this. We all know that we like making things from scratch. But we also know that that makes things not as enjoyable. We also know why we do this. It’s not just because we want to. We do it because the things we make are unique. We like making unique things. But we also know that the things we create are so unique that no one will ever have them.
