My name is erek erek bertengkar and I am the co-founder and executive chef at The Kitchen Table. I’ll be sharing some of my favorite recipes on here that you can use to create your next meal.
erek erek bertengkar’s recipe for “cannoli” is inspired by the famous Italian treat. As he explains, “we’re using two different types of cannoli, which are both delicious and easy to make. The first is made with fresh ricotta and a little parmesan.” The second is made with mozzarella.
The difference between ricotta and parmesan, is that parmesan is the dried, salted version and ricotta is the fresh, unspoiled version. Ricotta has a longer shelf life than parmesan, so are the last thing you would want to use to make a parmesan cannoli. As such, in my recipe, I substitute all the fresh ricotta with the parmesan version.
The recipe for the second cannoli calls for a combination of two cheeses. Mozzarella is mild and fresh, but its texture is firm and dry. Ricotta is on the other side of the spectrum and when it comes to texture, it is soft and buttery.
The recipe calls for a whole fresh baguette with no preservatives, a mix of parmesan and ricotta, and a hint of salt. The recipe says to serve the cannoli in a bowl, but I use a glass bowl in the bowl. The spoon comes with the recipe, so if you want to use it, you can use it, but I recommend using a spoon.
If you can’t find a recipe for this, you can find a recipe, but I’ll be honest, I’ve never tried to find a recipe for this before. As it turns out, it looks like a recipe I’ve already found.
It is quite a mouthful and I think the best way to describe it is that it’s like a mixture of two different things. First, it is a bread, but without the preservatives. Secondly, it is a parmesan and ricotta cannoli. In order to get a really light crust, I add a bit of crushed tomatoes along with a touch of lemon juice. The cannoli itself is a mix of fresh mozzarella and parmesan and ricotta.
It’s not exactly a bread, but it is a good example of the new ingredients Erek Erek used to create the bread. And the best part is, it’s exactly the same recipe I found in my search engine! It might not be exactly the same recipe as mine though, but it looks just as good, and I bet it tastes just as good.

The first thing I want to say about erek erek bertengkar is that it is a simple, yet delicious bread. I know some people may say that it is nothing special, and I can understand this. But I have not tasted any other breads that I have tried, and I have not tasted any other kinds of parmesan and ricotta. So let me tell you that erek erek bertengkar is pretty damn good.
