This is my go-to drink in the summertime. It is refreshing and so good for my skin. The drink is just simple, good, and it will make me feel better in the morning. I know it has been said before, but it is true.
After a year of trying different ways to fight the skin cancer that is my face, I finally found my cure. There’s also another problem with protein diets, specifically that they are not low in calories and therefore are still going to cause you to gain weight.
So, its a good idea to eat protein, but not more protein than you need. The reason this makes sense is that if you aren’t getting enough protein in the diet, you’re likely not getting enough calories. And if you are getting enough calories without getting enough protein, you are still going to gain weight. Both of these are bad, because you are still eating more calories than you need, even though you’re eating more protein.
