For many people, being an adult is a constant balancing act. Some of us manage to stay on task, while others find ourselves constantly on the go. Sometimes it feels like we’re in a rut. For me, I am always learning new skills and trying new things, which leads to constantly asking myself if I am doing something that I am truly passionate about.

For someone who is normally a couch potato, I must say that I am definitely staying in shape. I just have to remember that I am still able to do all of the things I love. I just have to not let the things that I love get in the way of my being able to stay motivated. I know my body is strong and I know my mind is sharp, but I just have to find a way to make myself do the things that are important to me.
The best way to approach this is to not just go out and do a whole bunch of stuff at the restaurant. You have to be patient. I try to stick to a plan where I go around the restaurant a couple times a week, and then I do a little of everything. When I go to the restaurant, I get a lot of the same things I get at the store.
For example, I always get a lot of fruit and vegetable choices, but this week I also got a chicken pot pie.
