This Horbet is my favorite recipe of the season. In all its form, I believe it is the best recipe I have ever read. The perfect balance between creamy, delicious, and hearty food, horbet is the one that makes perfect summer pasta.

As you can see in the recipe below, it is extremely versatile and will work well with a variety of pasta shapes and thicknesses. It’s also very easy to make and is great with any kind of pasta you want to serve it on.
