Istanajp is an online learning platform created by the Mindful Leadership Institute. My job at the Institute is to create courses to promote mindfulness in the workplace. I find that the platform is a great tool for helping people, as it is accessible to the whole community, and it allows them to be more conscious and aware of themselves.
The platform allows users to learn how to meditate, learn how to perform yoga, and learn how to practice mindfulness exercises. I also think it is a great tool for helping people who are in the workforce, as it allows them to keep their minds sharp while working. I think what it is actually doing is giving people some tools that are actually good for them. People who are not meditating can take this as a guide and practice some of these techniques that are good for them, while they are at work. Istanajp is basically a meditation app, but without the meditators. Instead it uses the user’s phone as a screen. A screen showing your life in your current state, and one with a random little picture will appear on the screen when you’ve been in that current state for five minutes. You can scroll through the random pictures, or play the game in which you will be randomly selected to be shown the picture you want to see.
While this app is nice, it will not be as good as the “meditation app” I used to have. I don’t know about you, but meditation was good for me. I think it is because I was paying attention to who I was, and my thoughts were organized in a way that made it easier to relax.
Istanajp is not a meditation app or a form of meditation. Istanajp is a game. But since its all about randomly selecting pictures from the game, it makes a lot more sense for a game.
And if you don’t have a phone, then you can use your mouse to click the pictures as you wish. However, I recommend trying it on your phone instead of a computer. I think the pictures will be more interesting if you have your phone with you.
It’s actually a nice game, and I enjoy it. But, I would recommend against spending any time on it. It’s not really a game. It’s not meant to make you meditate.
It’s important for the game to be a little bit more accessible when you do it. If you want to use the camera, then go ahead and go ahead and select pictures from the game. And if you want to go ahead and select pictures from the game, then go ahead and select them.
The goal of the game is not really to meditate. It’s to let you go in a way that will leave you feeling good. The game is not meant to provide some sort of meditation experience, just to let you go (or maybe I should say to let you go?) in a way that will leave you feeling good. The game is meant to be a way to get a little bit of your mind to wander for a while, maybe even a little bit.
