We also saw this soup on our recent trip to Singapore, where they were just as enthusiastic about it as we were.
In a slow cooker, you cook the ingredients, but you stop the cooking. So, you just stir the soup a little to get the soup to the desired consistency. This soup cooks well. You don’t need to worry about the broth, it will just add a little salt and pepper to the soup.
