I first learned about the liga-toto technique from a TED Talk by the Norwegian researcher Mihir Bose. I’ve heard of the technique used in Tibetan yoga and it’s been used in meditation in China. In this technique, you have to focus on what you are doing, and it is very similar to the way we meditate.
I’ve used this technique for years, and I think it’s a great way to relax. In a lot of ways it’s similar to meditation, but we are working against the background of our thoughts and emotions, rather than trying to overcome them with thoughts or emotions. It’s a tool that you can use for meditation and work with, but I think it is a great way to relax as well.
I think it would be cool to try it out, and I think there are a lot of people out there who would agree with that. I think its an incredibly simple technique, and works a lot like meditation. If you try it, I can imagine it would be a great way to relieve stress.
As a meditation technique, I think it would be extremely effective. As a relaxation technique, it is incredibly effective as well. But I think it has a lot of potential to become a tool that we use to escape. Because it is a tool that does not try to replace our thought, but rather uses it as a tool to free our mind from it.

A lot of that comes down to how we speak to ourselves. We speak to ourselves in a variety of ways. For example, if we’re in an “automatic pilot” state, then we speak to ourselves in a very literal way: saying “I’m going to do that” or “I’m going to do that”.
Or, we speak to ourselves in a non-literal way, like when we call a friend an idiot or a slut. We can do this in different ways. For example, if we are in an automatic pilot state, we can speak to ourselves in a literal way saying I’m going to do that. We can also speak to ourselves in a non-literal way saying I’m going to do that and I’m going to do that and I’m going to do that.
Im going to do that is just an example, but it’s in the same category as how we speak to ourselves in literal and non-literal ways. We can also speak to ourselves in a non-literal way when we think of a thought like we are in an autopilot state.
