I think most of us are aware of the three levels of self-awareness. If we are aware of the three levels of self-awareness we can be aware of all of the things that people around us do, and we can start understanding them.
The three levels of self-awareness include self-awareness about our moods, body language, and thoughts. The first level is related to mood, the second is related to body language, and the third level is related to thoughts. They are all associated with the first level of self-awareness. I’ll just talk about them here, but I hope you will read them if you are interested.
