Today, I want to show you why we are here and what we aim to accomplish. We want to talk about the three levels of self-awareness. We have all these things in our heads that we are so focused on that when we are confronted with things that we need to remember, we fail to see them.
The first level of self-awareness is to be aware of our thought processes. It is usually thought to be something that is easy to do in the beginning, like checking if the cat is hungry. You don’t really have to think about it, but it is something that must be consciously done, and it is something that you have to learn.
We know that this is where the concept of “self-awareness” comes in. We know we are aware of our thoughts and memories, but we don’t usually think about them in the same way we think about things like how to fix a leaky faucet or a broken window. We know what to look for and how to fix what we can, but we are also able to think about these things without much effort.
This may be one of those things that takes a lot of work to be consciously aware of, but this is a skill that you can improve on through practice.
This can be done without much effort, but it takes conscious effort to not only figure out how to improve your self-awareness, but also to do it more consciously. We can start by recognizing the patterns and ideas we use to make our lives go smoothly. We can also learn to consciously notice when we are using things that we know to be bad, and then use the same skills to improve on things we know can be improved.
