The problem is that it is also very addictive.
I can’t stress enough how addictive it is to meditate. But not all forms of meditation are the same. It varies from person to person, and there are many more ways to meditate than just sitting in a room. It can be done during a walk in the park, while being watched over by a security guard, or even while having a conversation with someone you don’t know. It can be done in the middle of a rainstorm. It can be done while cooking dinner.
The point being that meditation is a practice one does to keep themselves awake. It has been proven to be very effective. But if you are a person who wants to learn how to meditate, you must do it with caution. Yes, it can be very relaxing. But it has been proven to be extremely addictive. If you want to be better at meditation, you must keep careful track of how many times you are meditating, and how much you are meditating.

While it sounds great that you would be getting the benefit of not being hung over all the time, it is actually much more dangerous to do so for several reasons. If you’ve ever had a nightmare, you probably know that it is like that. We’re in the same way when we are meditating. We are “lost” in the moment and “frozen” in place.
Thats why we can’t have nice things. We are in a time loop. We have to get back to the truth, and do the work. We need to get back to the place where we are calm and relaxed. We need to get back to the place where we feel good about the work we are doing. We have to get back to that place where we are doing what we love, because we are then in a position to change the future to our own happiness.
