“Perisai” is a Japanese tea ceremony in which a ritualistic meal is shared with the family and guests. The primary purpose of the meal is to share the family’s culture, food, and traditions with each other.
Perisai is a Japanese tea ceremony, which takes place before the traditional ceremony of the birth of a new Japanese baby. The ceremony is a form of cultural rites, which are done by the family, and are the key to the whole story. As a result, Perisai is a bit of an anomaly in the Japanese culture due to the fact that it’s all so much a part of Japanese culture and language and tradition that it is almost impossible to avoid.
I don’t know how much of that is true, but I’ve been to some of the same tea ceremonies as a family member, and the results are very similar. The difference is that I’ve had to get up at six, eat breakfast at six, and then go to the tea ceremony at eight.
In fact, the family is the main reason for my being able to get to the tea ceremonies at all. As a parent, I dont want to break the tradition, but Ive had to make a big deal out of it every time I come to Japan.
As everyone knows, the most popular Japanese tea ceremony is called kyogen. Basically, tea is poured into a cup, and then the cup is taken into the hands of the host and the cup is taken to the forehead of the person the host asks to drink it. The host then puts the cup down and starts singing (or chanting) the word “kyogen”.
If this was your cup of tea, you’d probably be a bit pissed off that we don’t have that option. It’s called “kigyo” and is usually only taken for granted in Japanese tea ceremonies. That’s because the kigyo is a ceremony of the host’s own, and it’s not just for the host. It can be taken by a guest, a friend, or even someone who is not a member of the organization.
I’m not a fan of drinking sake from an actual sake cup, but I’m happy to see they brought cupcake to the table. The idea is that you drink from a cup baked by the host using the ingredients in the cup, so it’s basically a potluck style event. I’m sure it will be a blast.
The idea is that the host makes the ingredients from scratch while the other guests can add in the ingredients from the cup. The reason they have the cupcake is because the guests are encouraged to bring something to the meal for everyone, which is a nice touch.
This is probably one of those events that your parents could be doing if they were around and you weren’t in school. If you want to do this, I suggest doing it with your parents, not your roommate, because they’ll probably be more likely to enjoy it. That said, it’s not really your parents responsibility to make sure you eat and drink the cupcakes, so they can be a little supportive.
No, just your roommate. And that is fine, my friends! I guess you might have been a little too harsh on me about how much I enjoy this, but I just really wanted to show how much I enjoy it, so if you don’t have a reason to get up from your chair and go to the kitchen, you might want to just go to bed.
