1. Have a goal. Whether it’s a personal goal or a goal you’ve set for your community or your company, set a goal to use your self-awareness to be more aware of your self-awareness.
How can you tell if youre using your self-awareness as your goal is by just thinking about the big picture. For example, if youre trying to become more aware of your body, what do you picture yourself doing with your body? If you are a fitness trainer, your goal would be to train your body in a way that makes you more aware of your body, but if you are just trying to get more healthy, then your goal would be to be more self-aware.
While it is true that it is good to be more self-aware, we should be using our self-awareness to be more aware of our self-awareness. We should be using our self-awareness to be aware of our self-awareness. If we are trying to make our body more aware of itself, we should be using our self-awareness to be aware of how much we are using our self-awareness.
