I love what Dr. Surgadewa has to say on this subject. I’ve heard him talk about the Three Levels of Self-Awareness that we are all born with; The level of being aware of our bodies, of what we are doing, and of our surroundings. We do not have to worry about a world that isn’t perfect, that we are not worthy, or that we can not do something because of our level of self-awareness.
I think that there are three main levels of self-awareness. The kind of awareness that a person has when they are at the grocery store, for example. The awareness that a person has when they are walking down the street. The awareness that a person has when they are driving their car. The awareness that a person has when they are walking down the beach.
The first level of self-awareness is the kind of awareness that a person has when they are at the grocery store. This level is actually what most people tend to be most aware of. When you’re shopping, you’re most aware of the people around you, the environment, and yourself. You are most aware of how you feel, the smells, the things you see, and where you are in the world.
The second level is the kind of awareness that an individual has when they are driving their car. This is the awareness that a person has when they are trying to drive or riding a bike. Driving, riding, and driving a car can take place within a short period of time. You realize that your senses are not only limited by your eyes, ears, and brain, but are limited by your reflexes. This awareness is often the most important part of self-awareness.
In the first level, we’re introduced to the concept of surgadewa – a term that means being aware of (or getting “sucked into”) the world around you. The second level is the awareness that you have when you are trying to accomplish something.
This is a term that is used when talking about your brain and mind. It’s a way of getting a sense of where your brain is and how it works. When you’re on the road, thinking up a new plan, and in the middle of the night, thinking about the next thing, you realize that your brain is not a system of things. In other words, you’re not as well connected as you think you are.
I think about neurology when I’m thinking about becoming a doctor, and I think it applies here. I think that when we stop to think about ourselves as a biological entity we think as though we are a collection of neurons. We think that we are a complex system of cells that are communicating with one another and coordinating our actions. I would like to think of myself as a collection of cells or a collection of systems rather than a single mind.

Our brains and our bodies are actually quite complex systems of cells that are able to coordinate so we can have all sorts of interesting and useful behaviors.
This has been an issue for some time now because these ideas of self-awareness have been used to explain things like autism. In the late 1990s, scientists began to question if the way people seemed to be able to process information was actually just a way for them to be able to do math or make sense of the world. At the time, a lot of the theories of how we interact with the world were based on the assumption that we are just “me”.
In the case of the old “we’re not even there” theory, a lot of people were using that theory to explain why we are not there. Unfortunately, the people who became paranoid about it were never able to understand what was really going on. The same thing happened in Star Wars, where the concept of the galaxy was based on the assumption that we weren’t there, but that the people who were paranoid never understood how they were being treated.
