The truth is that most of the time, we don’t think about how we’re feeling, what we’re doing, or what we’re thinking. We’re just doing what we’re doing and reacting to something that happens. So what happens when we don’t feel good? You know what happens next. You feel bad, you feel like shit, and you feel like you’re not good enough.
We are all aware of how we feel, but most of the time we dont even know what we are thinking. It’s almost like we dont even realize that we are thinking. When we are not aware of our thoughts, we are just reacting to things. Our reactions are just reflexes, so our feelings come out as anger, sadness, frustration, etc.
When we’re not aware of our feelings, we are not doing anything to help ourselves. Its almost like we dont even have much of a desire to help ourselves. We’re not doing any of us any good, but we are only responding to things.

We don’t work on our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. We don’t take care of our bodies, minds, and souls. We don’t clean up our lives. We don’t meditate and pray.
The problem is we dont think of ourselves as anything more than automatons. We are something that is programmed, so we think our lives can only be changed by changing our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. We think if we do something, then that will change our lives. We think if we just do something, then that will change our lives. But what we are not is something that can be changed.
The problem is that we don’t think about ourselves as a person. We think of ourselves as the head of the company because we have an employee (or as an employee on the company’s payroll) that owns a company that manufactures items and makes a profit. In other words, we have a head of management. As a head of management, what you think of a company is what you do.
