When you have a new habit, do it by putting it into the habit book, your heart stops, and you’ve got just the one habit. That’s the key to the most effective habit. It doesn’t matter which way you turn it, the habit will never change. You can’t get over it if you don’t do it.
This brings up a really interesting point about habits. We all have them, but only a small portion of us actually use them. We have habits for so many reasons, the most obvious being that we want to live a certain way (or we like the person we are with). But really the habits are something more than that. They are the way we manage our stress, they are the habits we have built through thousands of our days and nights.
I think the biggest problem with habits is that we usually don’t realize we have them and that is the reason we can’t really change them. The best way to think about them is to think about how a lot of our habits are the same: we’re eating, we’re watching tv, we’re walking, we’re talking.
This is why dietitian and nutritionist are so super important. It is not that we have to lose weight, but that we have to change our habits so that we can do it. One way that I think this is key is to think about our habits as habits. When we use habits as weapons, they become more powerful. For example, a habit that I think most people would associate with our lives is coffee drinking.
The problem is that as a habit you only get so many shots, and when you have too many it can become a habit. I personally find that coffee drinking in itself is one of the most difficult habits I have to change. It is something that I will do every day and I have to stop because it’s the only habit that makes me drink a lot of it.
The problem is that habits can become dangerous and addictive, which isn’t something we’ve even discussed in our books, yet. In fact, most people don’t even think about it. When it comes to our habits, I don’t know many of them to change. It’s like the way you’re told to go to college.
The thing about habits is that they’re very easy to slip into and very difficult to get out of, unless you actively change them. If you want to change your coffee habit, you need to change the very small amount of caffeine youre giving your body. That is a HUGE step and one that most people tend to forget.
I’m not sure this is a good thing, but you can do it.
I know that I have to change that because I don’t want to be the one who has the wrong habit. I want to be the one who has been doing that for years. But you know, I want to be myself and be able to let you do it again.
