This is from the winning recipe from the “winsor toto” cookbook. I first tried this recipe a couple of years ago, and it’s something I’ve been making frequently ever since. It’s a simple recipe that makes incredible pasta and also a great use for leftovers.
winsor toto is like a pasta with mushrooms and peppers, that’s basically a mushroom and pepper pasty that has been layered with pasta, then baked in the oven. It’s delicious and I hope you enjoy the recipe as much as I do.
